  Yo, this place is poppin. I've never experienced Cajun chicken like how I did here at "& Waffles." They deserve like 10 stars. I'll elaborate on why:
  
  First, my manz and I planned to hike in the AM because our Saturdays persist of recovering and planning for the week coming up (power lifter shenanigans). I invited him to eat at another restaurant and he insisted to go eat at this site. On yelp, you have the option to be waited listed. I anticipated and put myself on the list once we were at the tail of our hike. Think smarter not harder.
  
  I saw that the wait was an hour and a half but that didn't stop us from not going. The perks of having a smart is obviously "smart," due to the fact that parking is easily able to spot. We waited patiently in our car. Meanwhile we were watching an awesome PRIME VIDEO series which I recommend, The Boys. Super awesome.
  
  I got a notification really fast and easy that our table was ready and BOOOOOOOOOOOOM, next thing you know we ordered simple foods and got our order in like 8 min and I was impressed how they run their business. You guys rock!

  I had been wanting to come to this place for a while, but it was also so packed, so finally I had a chance on a weekday when it was less packed.  Thankfully I did.  Waiting for more than 30 minutes for this place is just a waste of your time.  
  
  The place is tiny inside, but it is crowded, so it isn't really comfortable dinning space.  The food was pretty good, but not like it is so good that I need to wait an hour for it.  I needed to have the waffle and eggs which was good.  The waffle was good, but it wasn't the best waffle ever.  Don't set your expectations for this place to be high otherwise you might be disappointed.
  
  The wait to get the food after we ordered was a bit longer than average, but then again think small venue crowded stands.  Plus, the service was average.  If you want something, you will definitely need to make an effort to get a server's attention.

  Ever since our field supervisor mentioned this spot to me, I have been wanting to check it out...I finally took the plunge. I called in our order. I got a skillet scramble and my boss got the California omelette. So, I hopped in the car to go pick up the order and I gotta tell ya...parking can be a bear...I managed to squeeze into a spot that wasn't really a spot, but I was only picking up so, I didn't think that I would get towed. ( I didn't). Walking up to the front of & Waffles they have seats outside and they were full. Always a good sign when a spot is busy.
  
  I made my way over to the front dest and my order was ready which made me happy. The girls were all bubbly and very friendly, which I liked. I told the girl who was ringing the order that I had not eaten here before and I wanted her to double check that we had everything that was supposed to come with the order was included. She double checked and said yes. There is a jar of Jolly Rangers at the cash register. Yum. I grabbed a cherry one...
  
  When I got back to the office I sadly saw that not everything was there. They were supposed to put the strawberries and whipped cream on the side (I requested that so that the waffles did not get soggy). But, they weren't in the bag. My scramble was good, but the omelette looked better. I would have like some salsa for the scramble.
  
  I will go back knowing what I know now...hopefully it will be even better and I can update the review!

  Highly recommend &waffles!!! Perfect place to go if you're feelin' some breakfast/brunch food.
  
  My gf ordered the Cajun chicken and waffles. AMAZING!!! Everything was perfect about it. So much flavor in the chicken. It was super juicy on the inside and all around very flavorful. The waffle was fluffy and delectable. I like how they give lots of syrup for this dish because it's needed! They give big portions and you definitely get your money's worth. Some of the best chicken and waffles I've had.
  
  I got the waffle breakfast combo. My waffle came with butter and fresh strawberries. It also comes with eggs, sausage, and bacon. Everything was delicious. Overall satisfied with my dish.
  
  I also ordered some coffee and the waitress made sure I always had a full cup! Service was outstanding. Everyone was super friendly.
  
  They have street parking but it's not too hard to find a spot.
  
  Luckily we joined the yelp waitlist because the line gets pretty long. It's kind of crammed inside but it's still comfortable. If you don't reserve a table, it's worth the wait!!
  
  I'll be back!

  The wait was LONG.... but totally worth it! The staff is beautiful and extremely nice. Good food good ppl
